Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (mon-fri) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking information.

We ship in the U.S. to ensure we offer the best ensured delivery directly from suppliers.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Raiment Studios is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
